Most of the processes listed provide a detailed process document that describes the process steps, StockManager system functions utilized and links to the support documentation for those functions. These are provided for self guided training or to help identify the scope of assistance you would like from one of the certified services partners listed below the table.

The objective of the Setup service is to get users effectively using the application for their use cases as quickly as possible. 

There is alot to the application and some of the functions may not be used for some farms

Service Detail

• Client is provided with pre-work instructions/workbook

• Client completes pre-work documentation and training (videos)

• Preparation phone call is conducted to answer questions and plan for on-site meeting

• On-site meeting to:

  • Install application on tablet and configure sync with cloud

  • Setup and test Bluetooth peripheral devices

  • Demonstrate each function in the application and answer questions

  • Complete application usage and configuration plan

  • Review additional follow up help available

• Download current animal data from current systems and upload into application

• Download EID/VID files from current systems & upload into app
