• A schedule by month of groups that require monitoring and detailed feed planning is established

• Paddock & Feed monitoring plan is established

 

Service Detail

• Client is provided with pre-work instructions/workbook

• Client completes pre-work documentation and training (videos)

• Preparation phone call is conducted to answer questions and plan for on-site meeting

• On-site meeting to:

  • Review Feed Planning pre-work materials

  • Review Paddock Inventory, Paddock & Feed Costs & Feed Planning screens

  • Review Paddock & Feed Stores that are manageable

  • Review Feed best practice documentation (e.g. mating prep, etc.)

  • Establish weight & condition score ranges for key events, establish evaluation & targeted feed events 

  • Configure events in application & establish a schedule

  • Determine paddock and feed costs to track & establish evaluation process
