Service Detail

• Client is provided with pre-work instructions/workbook

• Client completes pre-work documentation and training (videos)

• Preparation phone call is conducted to answer questions and plan for on-site meeting

• On-site meeting to:

  • Review Group & Event pre-work materials

  • Refine & document Group definitions

  • Refine & document Event & Drafting matrix

    • Identify the events in which Source Groups are drafted into Target Groups

    • Refine Event & Drafting Matrix & establish refined Group listing

    • Complete the data collection specifics per event & update matrix

  • Configure a handful of Groups and Events to demonstrate configuration process

• Off-site evaluation to:

  • Evaluate Groups and Event details vs. best practices

  • Identify drafting data gaps

  • Develop & prioritize recommendations

Follow up call to:

• Review analysis, recommendations, agree on changes & update Matrix

• Review implementation steps & develop completion plan
