Animal Status
Overview
When an individual animal record is created in StockManager, a Status value is associated with the record. The Status value associated with the record is used to drive a variety of functions including:

Providing an attribute to be used when filtering or drafting animals

Prompting compliance reporting actions (dependent on country)

Facilitating removal and restoration of the record on the tablet or web portal
Animal Status Values
The following animal Status values are available in the system to add to any individual animal record.

Animal Record Status Values
The following animal record Status values are available in the system to manage whether an animal record is maintained on the tablet or only available on the web portal.

Restored
Animal record removed from tablet
Animal record restored to tablet

Ability to delete animal from Animal / Non-ID Group screen

Animals with current Deleted status will be removed from tablet on sync

System Generated Status Values
The following Status values are added automatically to animal records by the system based on the following scenarios.

Tag Replaced
New animal record added to system without status
Animal record removed from tablet
EID or Visual Tag has been replaced on animal
Registration compliance reporting
Status will be added to all imported animal records using the web portal Import Records function if the last reported status for an animal on the import file is Sold, Died, Home Kill or Slaughtered
Replace Tags compliance reporting
Can search for animal based on current or previous tags on tablet
