Simple compliance

Entering health treatment and tag purchase details into StockManager at the time of delivery makes compliance reporting a breeze for your farmers.

Effortless benchmarking

How it works: farmer engagement process

1. Build a performance plan

Refine provided animal health templates by stock class at the clinic level and customize for each farm in less than 15 minutes. Print out formatted worksheets to review one on one with farmers, quickly make updates and publish the plan online.

Once published, assigned clinic and farmer resources can view, edit and monitor the plan for animal health and other farm activities.

2. Put plans into action

The plan establishes what, when and how key events should be done throughout the year. The StockManager tablet app and website give farmers a single tool to execute and record all plan activities efficiently.

Capture data, make decisions, draft animals into groups and plan & monitor feed. All in a single tool. As things change, farmers and vets can easily collaborate on decisions, review results and make adjustments to the plan as needed.

3. Manage farmer purchases in real-time

All Treatment events added to a farm's plan automatically loads the associated health treatments to the farm inventory. Counter staff can be granted limited access to enter health treatment and EID/VID tag details directly into the farm inventory at point of delivery - saving farmers time preparing for audits and ensuring accurate animal records.

Once health treatment purchase details are loaded, they are available to add to animal and group records on the tablet. As treatments are added to records, the dosage amount is deducted from farm inventory in real-time. Alerts on low inventory and batch expirations can be configured to send to resources to take action.

EID/VID tag details can be downloaded directly to a farm from Allflex, Zee Tags or device files. These are then synced to the tablet and made available when creating new animal records or replacing tags.

4. Set up automated performance reporting

After working with your farmer to determine focus areas, quickly configure performance charts that compare performance against goals and clinic level benchmarks. Charts are updated automatically as data is collected from the farm, so no manual work is required.

Utilize these tools for quarterly and annual reviews to demonstrate the impact your work is having and to discuss whether refinements are needed.

Farmers can utilize Group Weight and Weight Distribution charts to track the performance of Groups to weight goals over time and drill down into weight events to quickly analyze light/medium/heavy breakdowns and set drafting criteria.

5. Easily forecast your business

All Treatment and Services events listed in the farm plan are tracked for health treatment and services sales at the farm level and rolled up to the clinic level.

Enter pricing for health treatments at the clinic level and adjust by farm if required. StockManager estimates animal counts by stock class, calculates treatment & services quantities along with revenue. Vets can then review and update these estimates to provide accurate farm and clinic level forecasts.

Managing treatment inventory and clinic resource demand has never been easier, allowing you to take advantage of volume discounts and plan ahead.
